FEIFA is managed by an Executive Committee, the current members of which are highlighted below.
 

Paul Stanfield - Chief Executive

 

Having worked in the Financial Services Industry for over two decades, in both the UK and mainland Europe, Paul has considerable experience in both the provision of independent advice and the promotion and distribution of investment funds and financial products. Now based in the UK, after many years living and working on the Continent, Paul is responsible for the day-to-day management of FEIFA, including the assessment of prospective Members and the development of the Federation’s marketing and promotions activities. Paul also runs a specialist consultancy operation, which researches and analyses investment opportunities, trust and tax structures and international pension schemes - providing marketing and business development expertise for a small, select number of financial and investment companies.

 

 

  

   

Michael Lodhi - Chairman

 

Michael joined the International Financial Services industry in 1991 with Mondial Expatriate Services in the Benelux region. In 1999 he joined the Luxembourg-based, pan-European brokerage, European Business Network S.A. In 2003, he founded The Spectrum IFA Group®, an expatriate-focused IFA firm now active in France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Michael is a member of Chambre Syndicale des Courtiers d'Assurances (France), Collegio Mediadors d'Asseguances Titualts de Barcelona (Spain) and a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).   

 
 
 
  
 
Christopher Marriott - Vice-Chairman

 

Christopher originally qualified as a certified financial planner in the UK and has been advising clients on their financial planning needs for over 20 years. He is Managing Director of Blackden Financial S.A., a Swiss-based and regulated company specialising in offering independent and impartial wealth management and financial planning advice to the international community throughout the country. Christopher moved to Switzerland from the UK in 2001, and is married with two children – both currently at school in Switzerland.

 
 
 
 

Robert Webb – Secretary & Treasurer


 
Rob started his working life as a lawyer before moving into financial services over 20 years ago.  The first 10 years were spent in the UK as an IFA with the following decade being spent offshore in various locations. Now permanently based in Cyprus as a director of Fraser Mackinlay, he has extensive experience in personal financial planning and specializes in UK and offshore pension strategies.

 

 

 
 
 
 
David Howell - Executive Committee Member

 

David has 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, both in the UK and internationally. Having gained relevant experience as an IFA, and held various senior positions within large institutions, he established his own company in 1997 and this business, Guardian Wealth Management (GWM), has grown to be one of the leading Financial Consultancies in Europe. In addition to his role at GWM, David has been a Magistrate for the Ministry of Justice and served in the Territorial Army for 15 years. For a number of years he enjoyed being the Chairman of the Leeds branch of the Institute of Financial Planners and has been involved in various charity work. David is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and Chartered Institute of Directors.

 

 

 

Jason O'Connell - Executive Committee Member

 

Jason has been involved in the International Finance Industry for many years. Having worked in the Netherlands for some time, he then formed Grosvenor Asset Management, which re-branded and restructured as Imperius Asset Management in the middle of 2009. As a Director of Imperius, Jason is still regularly involved in advising clients, working within the company's ethos, assisting clients to: "Create, Grow, Preserve and Pass on Wealth". Imperius provides independent advice to expatriate investors in a number of European countries.
