Synopsis: in certain jurisdictions, particularly Cyprus for example, it has become a CPD requirement, under IDD, for financial advisers and intermediaries to show that they have received a certain amount of training specific to any insurance providers that they use/recommend (and their product/s). FEIFA (in association with CIFSA – www.cifsa.org) therefore arranged a webinar in association with Prudential International, which provided 1 hour of such training. This is the first in what we hope to be a series of events/activities that will help to meet this particular regulatory need.
The speaker had some unfortunate IT issues at the end of the webinar and was thus unable to complete the Q&A section. He very kindly provided responses to all questions subsequently, in writing, and you can also access those below.
