Velislava Dimitrova and Cornelia Furse introduced how the Fidelity Sustainable Climate Solutions Fund is constructed to identify companies that are at the forefront of enabling decarbonisation.

Biographies

Velislava Dimitrova joined Fidelity in 2008, initially covering the media, utilities and mining sectors as an analyst. Since 2014, she has been Portfolio Manager on global portfolios. Velislava launched our Sustainable Climate Solutions strategy in 2018 as a pilot fund and today also manages the Fidelity Sustainable Water & Waste Fund. Prior to joining Fidelity, Velislava worked in operations supply chain management at Ford. She has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Cornelia Furse joined Fidelity in 2010 as an analyst, with responsibility for providing equity research analysis on US Capital Goods companies and making investment recommendations to portfolio managers. After a highly rated period in research, she was promoted to Portfolio Manager in September 2019 and is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Sustainable Climate Solutions and Sustainable Water & Waste Funds. Cornelia earned a Masters in Classics from Oxford University.

Biography

Richard Clode is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2014. He is responsible for co-managing the Global Technology Leaders and Sustainable Future Technologies strategies. Prior to Henderson, Richard held positions with Gartmore, Moore Capital, and Pioneer Investments as a technology analyst in emerging markets. He began his career in 2003 in the technology sector at Herald Investment Management, where he was a portfolio manager. Richard received a first-class honours degree in modern history from the University of Oxford. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 19 years of financial industry experience.

Biography

Phoebe launched and leads LGT Wealth Management’s Sustainable Investing proposition. She became a Partner and Head of Sustainable Investing in 2020 following the growth of the Sustainable Model Portfolio Service two years earlier. Phoebe is also heavily involved in diversity & inclusion initiatives having launched LGT WM’s inclusion initiative and a pan-industry diversity initiative which is now a Chapter of The Diversity Project. She is also a Board Trustee of the Lord Mayor’s Appeal and an Ambassador of two breast cancer charities. Phoebe holds a BA in Economics & Chinese from Nottingham University and the CFA’s Certificate in ESG Investing.

Part of OneLife’s story since 2011, Marie firstly joined the Finance area before moving to the front side and getting in charge of UK Expat partners and clients in 2018. Making things simple and comprehensive for partners and clients is her key focus. Both French and Italian, Marie enjoys being immersed in the Expat community.

Biography

David is head of the team that is responsible for managing the Rathbone Multi-Asset Portfolio funds. He joined Rathbones in 2007 after spending 19 years with Baring Asset Management where he managed multi-asset funds and segregated mandates. He began his career with Hambros Bank in 1984.

Biography

Hugo is responsible for the investment strategies of our real estate fund as well as three separately managed accounts. He joined Schroders in 2014 and was previously Head of European Listed Real Estate at AMP Capital from 2006 to 2014. Hugo was an Analyst LPTs at ING Investment Management, Sydney from 2002 to 2006 and an Assistant Fund Manager at Welcome Trust from 1999 to 2002. He holds a Diploma in Cross Border Valuation from Oxford Said Business School and a MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Reading University.

Biography

James is TAM Europe’s UK Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining TAM Europe James worked at UBS AG New York within the bank’s options trading division. UBS AG then relocated James to their Investment Banking division headquartered in London where he specialised in both global equities and derivatives within the bank’s growing Portfolio Trading Division. James therefore brings significant financial market experience to TAM Europe from a global career with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, and he has instilled a disciplined and methodological approach to global investing within the investment team.

Biography

Daniel Casali is Chief Investment Strategist at Tilney Smith & Williamson. Daniel has over 27 years’ experience in covering global investment strategy on both the buy and sell side. He joined Smith & Williamson in September 2017, following 7 years as an in-house strategist for Hong Kong asset managers, Ajia Partners and RAYS Capital. Daniel had first moved to Asia to join Merrill Lynch as a Regional Equity Strategist in 2007, after spending 13 years at London-based global macro consultancy and asset allocation firm, Independent Strategy. Daniel is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography

James Clark has over 20 years of experience across several roles at AXA Wealth in the UK prior to joining Utmost Wealth Solutions in 2016.  Since July 2019, James’ focus has been on developing Utmost Wealth Solutions’ proposition for expatriates, where they have successfully launched the APEX product into Portugal and, more recently, France. Since the acquisition of Quilter International, Utmost offer a wider range of products and James brings a wealth of his experience to advisers and their clients across multiple European jurisdictions.
